Hive (operated by Principia Evergreen, Inc.) is scheduling software for gyms and fitness studios. Studios in the United States use it to text their members about their own bookings.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Message frequency varies with the member's bookings, typically 1 to 4 messages per booking.
When a member books a class or appointment, or signs up, on their studio's booking page (hosted by Hive at <studio>.hiveclasses.com), they enter their mobile number and can check an optional, unchecked box. Booking works without it. Members can also sign up with the live form below, which uses the same consent text:

Front-desk staff can also record a member's verbal or written consent in the member's profile; the system stores when and how each member consented. Members who did not consent receive no text messages. A member who requests a login code by SMS receives only that code.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; you'll get one confirmation and nothing else. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
