Every plan includes the complete platform — your website with online booking, the member portal, classes and appointments, memberships, online payments, reminders, reports, multiple branches, team roles, setup with our team and support. Plans only differ in how you pay.
On the Flexible plan, Hive keeps 5% of the online payments your members make through Hive. On the Flat rate plan there is no Hive fee. On both, the card processing fee charged by Stripe is separate and passed through at cost — you see it on every payment in your balance.
Memberships, class and appointment payments and deposits that members pay by card through Hive — on your website or in the member portal. Cash or transfers you record at the front desk are never charged a fee.
